of the collaborative effort of Joe Pegnato at Crown Coffee Services and
THE GINO ROSSI COMPANIES, an equipment manufacturer in Italy.

At Crown Coffee, we felt the need to find a single cup brewer that would
satisfy the need of the ever growing market.. easy to operate, space saving,
extensive variety, quick brew. Quality being a priority, we soon realized that
we would have to brew our own GREEN DRAGON COFFEES to offer
an acceptable quality standard!

The brewing method utilizes pressure and a coffee pod to produce a perfect
cup of coffee with something special, CREMA.. a cap of caramel colored foam
that is sweet and smooth. It excites and pleases the pallet. Many of us believe..
