Q. thecoffeepod is a newly developed single cup coffee brewer, how does
it compare to similar brewers currently on the market?

A. The coffees taste better due to our unique extraction process and high quality coffees. The packaging is more environmentally reasonable.

Q. Coffee quality is critical, what measures are taken to ensure the the quality
of our coffees are exceptional?

A. Our coffees are all 100% arabica beans and roasted locally by one of the country's oldest coffee roasters. The coffees are packaged first in a filter and then in a gas flushed package with a metallic barrier to ensure freshness over time. By avoiding the use of plastic, we eliminate undesirable taste or
potentially harmful elements.

Q. What is crema?

A. Crema is a delicate cap of rich caramel colored foam that is only
achievable with a pressurized brewing system. It is often viewed as the
'piece de resistance' -smooth, sweet and delightfully satisfying.

Q.What is the cup size offered, how much does it cost, and how does that
compare with competition?

A. Our yield is 10 fluid ounces of coffee, we recommend using a 12 ounce
cup. In comparison to our competitors, we are able to offer 25% MORE COFFEE at the same (or even lower) unit cost.

Q.What are the environmental concerns?

A. Our packaging does not pose the same environmental issues as both of
our major competitors - we are environmentally reasonable and recyclable.
